SLP Contractor (1099) – Pediatric Speech Therapy

About AccessibleTx:
AccessibleTx is a pediatric speech therapy clinic serving children ages 2–10 years, offering speech, language, and feeding services. We prioritize cultural humility and delivering accessible, effective therapy for children in south Atlanta and surrounding areas. Our goal is to create an environment where SLPs feel supported and empowered so they can focus on providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide speech, language, and feeding therapy to pediatric clients

  • Educate and coach caregivers to reinforce therapy at home

  • Complete documentation, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and prior authorization requests

  • Communicate and collaborate with other providers to create the most effective treatment plans

  • Deliver therapy across teletherapy, clinic, daycare, early childhood programs, preschools, and ABA centers

  • Continuing Education: $150/year for CEU course fees related to pediatric SLP or early intervention

  • Flexible & Hybrid Schedule: Part-time with growth potential to full-time

  • Evaluation Kit & Materials: Provided to support assessments and therapy sessions

  • Admin Support: Scheduling, client intake, prior authorizations, and billing handled for you

  • Appreciation: Occasional coffee runs, lunches, snacks, and small tokens of appreciation

  • Collaborative Environment: Supportive leadership and a team that values your work

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent

  • Georgia State SLP License
